I det du går opp trappen fra gårdsplassen i enden av alleen og inn på terrassen, ser du svømmebassenget ut til venstre. Hele huset er omkranset av den samme, enorme terrassen. Når du kommer inn den blå hoveddøren, kommer du inn i en stor hall. Inn til venstre ligger et stort, svært velutstyrt kjøkken med spiseplasser (om man skulle finne på å spise inne).
Inn til høyre finner man to stuer. Rett fram finner man toalett og garderobe. Trappen slynger seg så opp en etasje til 4 soverom, toalett og to bad. Alle rom med nydelig utsikt utover eiendommen, vinmarker og olivenlunder omkring.
I første etg finner man dessuten et grovkjøkken, vaskerom, treningsrom, osv. Går man ut kjøkkenveien kommer man direkte ut på terrassen med utekjøkken og spiseplass under tak til høyre. Der finner man også dusj og toalett i den ene enden (så slipper man å gå inn med vått badetøy og saltvann på kroppen).

Utekjøkkenet er meget godt utstyrt med blant annet grill, kokebluss og frityrkoker. Rett foran deg ser du så det store bassenget med trapper ned i det blå saltvannet.
Fritt for klorlukt. Terrassen er for øvrig inngjerdet og således er det trygt for de minste barna. Bassenget har et elektrisk trekk som man legger over til natten. Dette tåler 100 kg (behøver ikke å bevises en sen natt…….det kan bli dyrt). På den samme flislagte uteplassen omkring bassenget finner man så et gjestehus.

Dette er fullt utstyrt som leilighet med oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin, dobbeltseng, toalett, dusj osv. Ønsker man fred og ro kan man gå ned trappene til haven og sette seg ute på plassen midt der ute og bare slappe av. Da kan man nyte synet av en svært grønn og myk plen. De siste eierne har nemlig boret etter vann på 160 meter, og da kan man vanne så mye man vil!
Det kommer godt med i et område som er preget av tørt og varmt klima.Bak huset finner man oppstillingsplass til biler, innkjøring til garasjen osv. Også her et eget sted hvor man kan sitte i ro og mak. Der finner man også dart og bordtennis. I tillegg vil det komme biljard, boule og volleyballnett. Huset er beliggende på veien mellom Draguignan og Lorgues.

Det tar fire minutter med bil til bakeren og et stort supermarked i Draguignan. På noen minutter er man i Lorgues, Flayosc, Tourtour og flere andre sjarmerende landsbyer. Er man i humør til å sykle kan man ta veien over vinmarkene til de samme byene. Til Flayosc kan man til og med vandre.
Ønsker man ikke å lage mat selv går man ut av porten, 50 m til høyre, opp en vei, inn til høyre igjen og vips, så er man på vingården ”La Rabiega”, praktisk talt som nabo å regne. Der kan man kjøpe nydelig prisbelønnet vin, man kan spise lunsj eller middag (etter avtale), og evt gjester man får på besøk kan overnatte. (Se egen link på opplevelser). En annen mulighet er å ta til venstre ut porten. Gå noen hundre meter og følge skiltingen til “Lou Betou”. Her får man servert nydelig provencalsk mat til en hyggelig pris!
